We are at MORryde today (for a check-up and "stuff"). Talking to Gary Wheeler about rally repairs and upgrades. For rally attendees: please contact Gary if you are hoping to have something done while you are at the rally. (They, of course, are not installing IS systems at the rally.) Email: gary.wheeler@morryde.com, phone: 574-293-1581. This will allow them to be prepared with parts. There will be a MORryde tech at the rally this year.

Rally Swap Meet: We will be having our annual Rally Swap Meet, Saturday, July 23. If you know what you would like to bring let us know here. I am sure people would love to be able to plan. Don't worry if you do not know yet. Participation is free and you can just show up with your crafts or "treasures" you will be offering.

NOTICE OF REDWOOD OWNERS GROUP ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On July 21, 2021, the Redwood Owners Group will hold their Annual General Meeting virtually at 7PM. A link will be provided to all registered members in good standing to attend this meeting.

In accordance with the ROG By-Laws, members in good standing will be allowed to place one vote per membership for nominees for Directors at large and all Bylaw changes. Voting forms will be available on the ROG website beginning June 1, 2021 through July 20, 2021. Voting will end at 11:59 PM EST on July 20,2021 and votes will be verified and tabulated and presented to the President prior to the AGM for public announcement during the meeting.

The following nominees have been placed for vote for the two (2) open Directorship positions:

John Anderson

Jeff Weber

Eileen Lurker

In addition, there are several By-law changes that have been recommended by committee to update and reflect more current language and conflicting/confusing articles. A full by-law document outlining the reasons and or additions is attached to this announcement. Again voting on these changes will begin June 1, 2021 and end at 11:59PM EST on July 20, 2021.
