It infers that Non-Attendees of the National Rally (AGM) will not have a vote, and the Board of Directors will decide if they will let you vote. Considering the amount of Rally attendees is limited by the ROG, and the membership role being the majority - a small group of members will decide the direction of the ROG and the majority will have no say-so. No credit for memberships with less than 1 year remaining. - In recognition of the service provided by past and current Board members and rally managers, we will provide those volunteers with the option to sign up. That option is available for 2 weeks. All remaining lifetime memberships will then be available on a first come basis.
