For those of you that have Deeded Lots in RV Resorts, what do you do for insurance? Ours can be rented out if we aren't using it, so it seems like we should have insurance. Insurance companies are giving us much higher rates than we expected.

Truck Camper

We’ve decided to stay where we are in northern Arizona for the winter. Do need to go home to the east coast for about 4-6 weeks to see family and do some other stuff. Don’t really want to pull tha RW across country and back for just that trip. It occurs to me that a truck camper might be just the thing. My Dually has the factory camper package and also airbags and hd swaybars. Anybody know anywhere or anyone to possibly rent one ?

Motorhomes - Have you ever thought about one? This article (see link below) might make you at least think twice about one... For the 5th wheel, what would be the single most expensive repair (Parts and labor) one might have to make? A new propane refrigerator ($4200 + labor)? A new roof ($10,000 including labor)? I had considered several times taking it to the next step. This information just turned me off completely...Chances are small that it might happen. But what if it did?? :sick:
