                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[Have the  S & B, just got it on the market took 3 months to get cleaned, HW floors refinished, painted and about to get the overload sold off have had 5 yard/garage sales. now the wife has to get her side of things whittled down to storage in the GK38. (yes she is stressed) we will travel for the summer then located part time in the Philippines (we have a small compound in the (old)Clark airbase area. 
I have enjoyed this site learned a lots, now we are getting things ready to store the RW for a place to stay when we come back and if things turn bad there we still have a home.]]></content:encoded>

Have only seen 1 Off road pop-up here and the roads a rough to say the best about them  (I20  between Birmingham and Tenn. border & I-65 in B"HAM AL. is great). Leaving this 85+ weather where the dress is flip flops, shorts and tshirts, bottle of water and towel. Thursday headed back to Huntsville, Al. to face freezing weather with snow predicted on Sunday.
  WHAT a distressing move. Did buy me a home here so will just need to come there for the winter to love the weather here more.]]></content:encoded>
