In trying to repair/replace warranty issues, our authorized service center has asked us for the original build sheet. They have ordered parts, based on our VIN #, that were completely wrong. They requested the original build sheet from the dealer, which the dealer did not have. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how we can obtain it???

Hydraulic issues Slides out and hose leaking need to move unit

I also can not get front to retract and I am hooked up to tow. No power to lever system panel to get the gear up. I do not need to move far so I am thinking I will deal with slides once I am out of the way blocking someone. Is the leaking hose on the rear cylinder causing low pressure and not allowing the Level Panel to power up? This all happend when I tried to bring the slides in to get ready to move. Is there any documents showing how the hydraulic hoses are run and the wiring of said system. 2012 RL 36

Water heater cover

At the bottom of our water heater cover are 2 small holes that mate with 2 small (1/16” or so) plastic nubs. One of the nubs appears to have broken off. I can drill out the missing nub, but what do I replace it with? Should I glue it in?
any ideas would be appreciated😩

Refrigerator slide

We have a 2016 38rl. Started traveling home Tuesday. When trying to put the slide with the refrigerator in, bottom comes in but top sticks. Doesn't want to move the slide so it tries to come in at an angle. Has anyone had this problem? If so, what fixes it? Thanks for the help.. Richard

Plastic Basement Door Hinges

The basement access under the bedroom slide on my 2015 38RL has 2 doors: the one on the right has turn latches on the top and bottom, the one on the left has slam door latches on the top and bottom.

The top hinge on the right side door failed last year. It was plastic(!) and I replaced it with a small stove bolt of the same diameter.

Now both plastic (!) pins on the left door have failed, so the bottom pin probably has to be replaced by another plastic one that is driven into the hinge.

I've searched everywhere on the web for plastic hinge pins with no luck. Anyone with a suggestion or a source for these pins? Why would anyone put a plastic pin on a door hinge????? 2292,2291,2290

Slide Circuit Breaker

When opening and or closing my slide outs and sometimes just using the auto level they shut off, them a few seconds later I can continue. I see several posts about this possibly being the online fuse/circuit breaker and needing to upgrade it to a 80 amp instead of the 50 amp? Do any of y’all have pics of the 80 amp? I can’t find a 80 amp that is the same style?

Power to level up function board

While retracting my front jacks the level up board went blank, no power. I removed the BCM cover and found a switch at the top that said FJ. I moved the switch to that position and the jacks worked. Now I know that something else is wrong so is there a fuse somewhere I can start looking for? Everything else works on the coach.

Dining Slide Electrical Issues

We lost the dining slide lights and LR lights. The outlets continue to function. There is a red light beside one of the 12V fuses so I assumed it was blown. Replaced it, but nothing happened with the lights. Any suggestions you can make for a guy who is def not an electrician! Thanks in advance.

2019 3951WB Winterization

Anyone have any suggestions for winterizing a 2019 3951WB, specifically introducing rv antifreeze into the coach? I believe that I need to connect a antifreeze inlet hose to the city water connection and then switch the bypass pump to winterize. I think this will draw the antifreeze into the system, but not sure. Just picked up the trailer a month ago, lousy walkthrough with the dealer, and I need to build the inlet hose myself.The directions on the convenience center are terrible. Thanks!
