We did our Paul Newman A/C modification and have been extremely Thankful! Huge difference! However, we have our AC / heat pump rolling over to die. Perfect timing of course! LOL We have a 2014 Redwood 38gk. Our Back A/C with heat pump is the 48004-969 Coleman Mach 15. Our front A/C only is a Coleman 48254-969 and looks like it won't last much longer either. Any recommendations on changing and or upgrading the Coleman Mach units? We have a regular AC in the front and a heat pump in the rear. Stay with Coleman? Something else? Any extra parts we will need to change out? Tips and Tricks?Where to order from? Warranty? Thoughts? Thanks

We have a 2013 31sl with a heat pump. Problem is that the propane heater also comes on when I slide the switch all the ways over to “Elec. Heat.” Don’t remember it doing that last year. I’m figuring that this is a thermostat problem seeing how both the propane heater and AC units are working correctly on the other thermostat settings.
Q. has anyone one else had to replace their thermostat? Seems like a thermostat should not have this type of issue??
Q. If I do replace the thermostat is it a simple modular plug swap out near the thermostat itself? I didn’t want to chance breaking any of the solder points on the thermostat circuit board so I’ve left it alone until I have a replacement in hand. I looks like a single bundled wire running into the wall behind the thermostat. I hoping that there’s modular plugs hidden in the wall behind the thermostat that make this an easy swap out??
Q. The current unit is a RVComfort.hp unit. Is there a better more durable unit out there that I should use for the replacement?

Thanks for any input...

Hello. With summer just around the corner I've been considering the addition of the 3rd AC unit on my 2018GK. I have some question for those of you that have the 3rd AC unit or who have installed one. My AC section of my power distribution panel is full so I cannot add the breaker there. For those who have the 3rd AC unit from the factory where is the breaker installed? If you added the 3rd unit at the dealer how/where did they install the breaker? I'm pretty sure I need to upgrade my Power Control System module and control panel as well to accommodate the 3rd AC unit. My current PCS only controls two AC units and the electric water heater. For those of you that have the 3rd AC and the PCS could you post a pic of your PCS panel? Thank you!
