We are in desperate need of wiring pictures. I know it's a pain, but if someone could take the cover off and take a couple pictures of the thermostat wiring so we can wire our replacement thermostat, it would be greatly appreciated. We have tried for 2 days and still can't get everything to work. Not sure how redwood has it wired. So disappointed on how something that easy is so complicated and no information provided by redwood.

Thanks for the reply. We have that diagram but still nothing working. What we need are pictures of wiring coming out of wall and hooking to thermostat. I think redwood had their own way of wiring things. My hubby is an electrician (retired) and still can't get it all to work at the same time. Pictures I think is the only thing that might help. Thanks anyway.
