Hi Everyone,

I have a need to get to the wall behind the shelves in the tv area. I have already removed the tv and tv bracket to get better access to the shelves. How do you remove the shelves ? It looks like it is one unit. Do you have to remove the cabinets from above ? Start from the top down ? Please give me some pointers ? I have seen screws on the left side of the face frame and screws holding 1"x 1" stock at the top. 2019 model 3401RL

Thanks for any help,
Al

Al - you'll need one of the newer owners to help you with this one, as the shelves behind the TV is fairly new. Our 2013 doesn't have this feature.

Hi Andy,

It would be nice if someone with shelves behind their tv chimes in.

OK, we have shelves behind out TV, used for DVD Storage. But I haven't tried to remove them.
What are you trying to do? Route more cables between upper cabinets and the TV, I know there are some dividers back there that make it difficult to get cables from the top to the bottom.
I need to work on ours, as we have a bad HDMI cable from our Sat Rcvr to the TV.

I have been thinking the same thing. lol.

I would like to install a am/fm radio in the shelves face frame. My trailer never came with a radio in the living area.

Hope whatever you might install works better than ours!!!
Ours came with the radio in the DVD player & we've never been able to receive a signal for any station we'd like to listen to, but does pickup several Spanish stations & we haven't figured out the sub titles or closed captioning for radio yet.
