Anyone know why I would have a red light and beeping at my distribution panel in the basement?

Not sure what you're referring to?? My 12 volt panel is behind the cabinet doors just as you enter the RW.

Thanks for the reply. I may be describing the panel incorrectly. I have the fuse panel where you describe it. In the storage area is a larger panel with a cover protecting wired connections and switches. Perhaps inverter?

I think we are going to need a little more info please...

In the basement? Which year/model do you have? I'm not sure I have seen a panel mounted in the basement yet.

Is it possible that something else could be beeping? Do you have an inverter in the basement (separate from the panel)?

Other items that DO beep under the right conditions....

A Propane refrigerator. They beep when the door is left open.

A smoke detector.

A CO Detector.

If its an inverter, there would be trouble alarms. We'll need more information.

I'm not aware of "beeping" from the electrical panel. You could contact Progressive Industries and ask. They will need your model number. Ours is a Intellipower PD4590K18L. They are great folks and will respond almost immediately.

We have a 2017 39MB with generator prep, in the front compartment (with batteries/hydraulic pump/etc.) we had a transfer switch. Could that possibly be where you're getting your noise from? If that's not the culprit and you have the residential fridge it could possibly be your inverter. Our inverter is installed on the front bulkhead of what we call the basement, inside the side door with all the water connections. Just some thoughts.
