Hi

I have a 2017 Redwood 38RL. It has tank heaters, but I can not find the switch. I have a computer system to control everything and there is not an option for tank heater. I have looked all in the general area for the switch with no luck. Is there another area of the RV I should look for this switch?

Our switch is beside the main control panel near the door. It's not marked but is a red rocker switch if that helps. 2018 RW340RL

Yes I am taking it in on Thursday for them to show me. I have all the paperwork for the tank heaters. I hope I have them.

I was a bit worried about not having the optional tank heaters on my rig especially since I'm living in my unit in Colorado over the winter but I have had no freezing issues at temps down to zero degrees. The furnace ducting to the underbelly seems to be sufficient.
