Hello, looking for information on how to operate our furnace. We have a 3901WB which has the in-command display. I do not see a selection for furnace operation. How do I turn the furnace on?

Thank You

Do you not have a thermostat on the wall
Or is everything run by the pad

Everything is controlled by the pad.

I'm sure you'd probably have
But try all thr apps on the pad as there must be on for all the items in tr trailer
Also you should be able to Google the pad or the manufacture on how to operate everything

I recall the DW & I discussing during the factory tour at the 2013 rally when they were debuting the control pad that we'd prefer good ole' fashioned switches.

I would think In-Command would have a technical support service. Either my phone or email. Maybe there is something on YouTube. I should find out how to set my furnace. The trailer is new to me.

Hello, furnace operation has been resolved. I contacted Redwood customer service and they explained how system operates. It is through the iN-Command electronic display panel. I would like to thank everyone for their help.

Hi Francis,

I went out to my trailer to is how the furnaces operates. I went to the panel and could not find anything on the furnace. I found the setting panel for the air conditioner and heat pump but nothing about the furnace. Can you please state what you where told by Redwood.

Thank you for any help,
Al

Keep in mind that the earlier coaches equipped the the ASA Jensen InCommand System WITHOUT Global Connect did not control the HVAC Systems. My 2018 GK has InCommand without Global Connect and it controls lighting, slideouts, jacks, awnings, generator, water pump and water heater. HVAC (furnace and air conditioners) are still controlled by good old thermostats.

I've had very good luck with my InCommand system. I think the new systems with Global Connect would be very nice though as everything can be controlled remotely if you have a wi-fi connection.
