5 Redwoods and 1 Sequoya in the Silverado Resort in Eloy (Casa Grande) AZ. Most are at least seasonal. The Sequoya folks weren't talkative.

Hi Andy:

I'm way ahead of you! :)

I talked to one owner, they are brother and brother in law, the owner had received the rally info via E-mail, not sure if that makes him a paid member or not.

I offered to ply them with Coors Lights later today, I'll check to see if both of them are members.

We had two related owners here at Peace Arch RV in Whiterock last fall. Pretty sure they said they were headed south. Can't remember their names. Wonder if these are the same two Redwoods?

The rally email broadcast went to all account holders, not just supporting (paid) members.

Glad to hear they got it.

Hey Ken, are you still heading west? Are you anywhere close to Yuma or Tucson?

We are between Clermont and Wildwood, FL. It wasn't us, but fun to know another Redwood is in the area.

We were driving out and about in the Roanoke, Texas area this weekend near Texas Motor Speedway....

Came across a Northlake RV Park. Drove in and found 4 Redwoods parked there. Not sure if any follow this blog site.

Seen a Redwood eastbound on I-40 by Amarillo in backed up traffic.

Also, have seen 2 Redwoods here in Oasis RV resort in Amarillo where we are parked for a few days. Also a Blackwood. There may be more - have to take a walk to see if there are any more.

Wow we lived there (Northlake Village) for 2 years Oct. of 06 to Sept.08 its a small Small world........ Wonder if they ever leveled some of the sites out there. Had to back our SOB up on about 2 ft of bricks to get level with the patio slab. They eventually got us back into a stick home because of the rent going through the roof, rent and electric pushing 900 plus a month.

NorthLake Village in Roanoke, Texas? Here are the latest advertised rates. I like it where we are...We are only 40 minutes from there but $200 month. Nothing fancy and not exactly the same as NorthLake, but we don't use the pool or laundry service.

Years ago, that used to be a mobile home park. I don't know when they changed it to an RV Park.

The lots are still up hill and down hill. I don't see that they have changed any grades.

Wow I guess Ken (manager) over priced himself and he lowered the rent. We must have had a double premium sight but it was around 699 and the 200 plus electric (Summer) pretty high priced. If I remember right the rent when we moved into there was around 450 a month and they raised the rent every three months seemed like. Doesn't surprise me that they haven't done anything with the sights the owner was pretty proud of the place when you talked to him not wanting to do anything but raise the rent. Most of the people that stay there, are there for the week to be closer to their jobs in the metroplex going home on the weekends. Don't get me wrong it is a nice place with paved roads curb and gutter good water pressure. Electric so so pending on the age of the electrical box. I also know if you go a little further west you can get into CG's that are around 200 a month have a friend that paid 260 a month just North of Saginaw including electric.
