On July 21, 2021, the Redwood Owners Group will hold their Annual General Meeting virtually at 7PM.  A link will be provided to all registered members in good standing to attend this meeting.

In accordance with the ROG By-Laws, members in good standing will be allowed to place one vote per membership for nominees for Directors at large and all Bylaw changes.  Voting forms will be available on the ROG website beginning June 1, 2021 through July 20, 2021.  Voting will end at 11:59 PM EST on July 20,2021 and votes will be verified and tabulated and presented to the President prior to the AGM for public announcement during the meeting.

The following nominees have been placed for vote for the two (2) open Directorship positions:

                        John Anderson

                        Jeff Weber

                        Eileen Lurker

In addition, there are several By-law changes that have been recommended by committee to update and reflect more current language and conflicting/confusing articles.  A full by-law document outlining the reasons and or additions is attached to this announcement.  Again voting on these changes will begin June 1, 2021 and end at 11:59PM EST on July 20, 2021.
