Has anyone had an issue with their Fisher Paykel dishwasher not draining?

Mine started acting up last year, had the appliance company that F/P suggested stop by and look... He determined it was a bad pump motor.. He ordered a new one and installed it after it came in.
We had 2 trips that we used it after that last year, and it was fine.. Now this year it worked the first use, now it's doing the same thing.??

The appliance co. is telling me it is now out of warranty, and I would be responsible for the $95.00 call

Does anyone have a fix that they can share ? I tried to follow the drain hose, but am not a contortionist, and gave up ...

On our 36RL the drain hose connects to the drain plumbing directly behind the narrow spice drawer between the plate drawer and the dishwasher. It connects to a wye in the vertical plane, but most of the flexible drain hose is stuffed behind the dishwasher itself.

I wouldn't be able to fit my dishwasher in my island as she's a little to big

I had an issue with some stuff clogging the drain at the bottom of the dishwasher. I had to undo the bottom (comes out pretty easy) and clean the screen.

That cleared up my problem with slow draining.

I should have said that in case you don't know the drawers come out very easily. When I installed mine, I took out the three drawers on the left and the spice drawer. You can see the dishwasher connection easily then.
Also, we found that unless we fed the dishwasher soft water, it wouldn't clean worth a hoot. As most of you know the southwest desert (AZ) has some of the hardest water in the country. As long as I kept the water soft, the dishwasher worked spotlessly.

Thanks Jim,

I think I plan on getting to that connection and blowing some air reverse back into the DW. . Want to see if anything makes it back into the tub.

I tore into the DW today.. my vent is clear.. and now the drain is clear. When I took the drawers out, i disconnect the drain tube and blew air in reverse. At first there was no movement, then BAM, i got water on the microwave and stove ! ! What a burst..
All excited, i tried the DW , and still have standing water.. I believe that the pump motor that i got last year may be bad now from pushing water against nothing/?

Anyway, i ordered a motor online and will try it all again Monday.. There really is nothing else it could be except the board ??
