I have a low DC message on my fridge. What is the wizard mode button in the panel and what is it for?

Is it constant, or does it come on when you are disconnected from shore power and are using heavy DC power, like retracting the slides. I always get this message when retracting the slides and it disappears when the hydraulics stop. The fridge stops working during this time then relights once the message disappears. I consider it "normal"!

Thank you. I will try those steps and keep you posted. Last night we thought we narrowed it down to the converter. We put a battery charger on the batteries, and everything seems to be resolving. Of course, that is not the answer... just the work around.

GipC, thanks for your suggestion about the battery, but in my case it isn't a factor. I have a brand new group 27 battery just installed and I still get the message when activating the slide movement and not connected to shore power. I suspect that it's probably an undersized wiring issue somewhere between the battery and the fridge, probably between the battery and the distribution block.
