The good the bad on springs replacement
The bad If in the Oxford. Alabama area there is no reason to call Jordan Means to repair your RV he will call and say he has parts but never show up.

The good Tires and Wheels In Birmingham, Al. had some 3500 pound springs in stock at $50.00 each. Got four and on Friday/Saturday got to work and changed them out myself, not that much trouble IF your knees, back and shoulders are in good shape, could be done in a few hours, but being disabled took 6hours and pain medication and still recovering.

Garyl53 the answer is no, the 4000lbs require mods for off the shelf spring packs. (that is what I was informed.

Hmmm I was able to put 4000 lb Dexter springs with Dexter EZ Flex equalizers and brass bushings, no problem. But you have to have the correct length spring and the correct equalizer. I may have part numbers...

Found it.
Springs are Dexter 25-7 4000 lb springs
Equalizer is Dexter EZ Flex K71-653-00 for 35” wheelbase.

FYI: Posted my dealings on RVNET, about the Anniston/Oxford C/W, got a call from the store manager in Birmingham, and Anniston Al. this morning. Went to the store and happy with the chat with the Lady manager.

Got tired of runaround with getting springs, from selling dealer,so went to Lippert.

4000# spring with 7 leaf 26" c2c of holes part # 679373
wet bolts heavy duty (long ones) part # 126197
1/2" with 3.13" spacing (center of bolt hole) part # 1567651

Being unsure of time left to go RVing think this is my best route, 100% DAV H/Capped, and yes other choices would have been better.
Hope this will help someone on this forum.
