Finally, Lippert agreed to replace my Trail Air with new Flex Air. I really had no issues with the Trail Air but because of all the issues they agreed to replace the lower jaw with the newer Flex Air jaw. I was doing a seminar at the KZ National Rally and when I returned they had replaced the whole pin box.
Appointment Tuesday at the service center to get some work done that dealers just can't do to accommodate a full timer.Good for you Ron! It's so refreshing in this day and age to find a company that goes the extra mile to take care of the customer. Happy trails with that new pin box!

All I can say is it’s about time! Lippert is way overdue owning up to this issue. It’s been on-going for years, and they burned a lot of people (and lost a lot of customers to MorRyde) by continually refusing to replace defective Tri-Glide heads with the equivalent replacement.
I wouldn't call that "owning up to the issue", rather I would call it greasing the squeaky wheel. "Owning up to the issue" in my mind would be a recall.
