For those of you who had the MOR/ryde IS installed BEFORE getting the coach from the dealer, how did it get from the manufacturer to MOR/ryde??
I assume it then went directly to the dealer??
I'm the only one that I know of that had it happen and that was in Jan 2015. I worked a deal with RW to send my 39MB to MORryde prior to Paint, once IS completed it was picked up and taken to Paint, then back to RW for final inspection and shipment. Now the deal I worked out included me paying MORryde directly, keeping RW out of the money loop. It didn't hurt that RW was looking at MORryde as a possible additional supplier, but don't think anything ever came about because RW/CR are so ingrained into Lippert for almost everything.
I thought it was you Michelle.....
I will chat up Redwood as I get closer to a possible deal... thanks for the info. MOR/ryde has already offered to HELP me out with the pricing, so i will deal directly with them anyway..
Joe,
When I was there DRV brought units in on “temp” axles. They were worked on overnight and returned the next evening. They even sent back a separate truck full of “temp axles”. This happened nightly. Pretty sure Brian Hosinski Brian.Hosinski@Morryde.com would know who and how to get this done. He’s not in sales, but he managed everything for us and was outstanding at Customer Service. He knew all the local transporters.
Thanks John,
I actually have his contact info from Gary...Gary asked him to try and help me with a fast install... I plan to reach out to him Monday
The dealer has his OWN transport company, he said if I make a deal, he would arrange the move for me while a driver is there for a pick up..
