My as shipped weight from the factory on the door label is just over 14,000 lbs.
I had my truck and trailer weighed by RVSEF (RV Safety Foundation) about a year and a half ago.
My trailer weight was just under 17,000 lbs.
My Pin Weight was just under 3,000 lbs.
Since my wife passed away earlier this year and I now travel by myself, I now have less stuff onboard.
I plan on getting weighted at the Rally again this year after I have the MorRyde IS installed just prior to the Rally.
I know MorRyde weighs the trailer during their installation process but I do not get truck and pin weight.

How is you pin weight so low? No generator, no washer/dryer?
Were your water tank and propane tanks empty?

My Pin Weight is low because it is a Front Living Model.

No I do not have a Generator but I do have a Stackable Washer / Dryer.
The Washer / Dryer in a front living model is in the bathroom which is over the axles so they do not add to the pin weight.
Also on a Front Living, the Black and Grey tanks are under the bathroom area (over the axles) the fresh water tank is up front, so adding water to the fresh water tank will increase the pin weight.
There is not much weight up front in my FL, I have a theater seating unit in the nose cap, two sofa's in each of the front slides (no sleeper sofa's) so not much weight there either.
Even my large kitchen pantry is over the axles too.

Wow that's a lot of pin weight !!!

You are at 26% pin weight to total weight, I am at the other end of the spectrum at 17.5% pin weight to total weight

That's why I had to get rid of my single axel. I really did not want a dually but had no choice

My pin weight was 4200 with a generator and the water tank full. I don't travel with it full, but I do have a dually and feel safer with it.

As far as I'm concerned they can tow with whatever they see fit as long as their accident due to overloading doesn't involve me or mine!
