I just ordered 17 1/2 h rated tires and wheels from Ron, please give some advice on the procedure to use level up to get the wheels off the ground. We has the is suspension

When I did that change to our '12 36RL, I just raised one side at a time. You may find that before you get the wheels off the ground you might get an error about the angle, if so just raise the opposite side a little to clear the message, then raise the side you want to work on.
I also liked to hookup to the TV just for some added stability, probably not really needed, but just made me feel better.

^^^^^. This is what I did

I hooked up , then raised the other side till the trailer began to rise , then I went to the side I was working on and raised that side.. You MAY need blocks under the jacks , with the IS , mine just barely was enough off the ground to spin the tires and hit out of stroke...

I would just us a bottle jack and just get the wheel off the ground after you loosen the lugs. That's what I did.

Be careful when lifting your tires off the ground...

I don't know how better to describe this but, your axle suspension will shift between the front and rear tire with weight changes (i.e. taking 1 tire off). If you are not ready for this, you could pinch a finger or two.

Raising only 1 side at a time may help minimize this. Not for sure.

Use the manual settings on your lift controller.

"On"

"Left Arrow" or "Right Arrow" (Depending on side you want to lift)

I'm not standing in front of mine. You may have to use the "Up" / "Down" (top left) buttons to get into manual mode.

The OP says they have the IS Suspension, so you don't get the tire shifting you do with the OEM Spring setup.
