I initially bought the flow-through TST507 sensors, but they didn't fit in the Ford Dually wheels, so called customer service. The nice lady on the phone said they would exchange for the end cap sensors at no charge, and when they arrived she included the extender transmitter no charge. We've never needed it, but its there if we do. Their customer service is great.
Okay, I have to make a correction to my post a ways back where I said I saw temps of 140o. Must have had my eyes crossed. Did 200 miles this morning on the New York State Thruway with temp starting at 60o and slowly climbed to 80 prior to arrival.
Tires started out at outside temp and once under way and warmed up a bit, climbed and stayed approx 10 to 15o above air temp, mean while the pressure which started a 125 psi climbed to 145 psi by arrival, but not concerned as all 4 RW tires were within a couple of pounds of each other and temps very close to each other also.

Just a comment about the flow through sensors. I just had my second flow through sensor leak air (I use these on the Redwood with the standard sensors on the truck), seems to occur around the brass threaded section that screws onto the valve stem. I haven't had the problem with the standard sensors. I'm going to change out the flow through ones for standard sensors as the batteries run out.
