I just pulled the cord from the junction box at the pin box and need to know if anyone has a wiring diagram to reconnect it

2 years ago I changed my old 7-way Bargman cord for a new one. Colors didn't correspond exactly. This is how mine are wired now:

RV side to 7 Way Bargman Cord

Small Red to Small Red

Yellow to Yellow

LG RED + 1 sm BLK to Black

Green to Green

Brown to Brown

3 Small Whites to LG White

Blue + 1 sm BLK to Blue

Hope it helps. Can't remember if the ground lug for ground wires was there before or not, I might have added it and an extra wire for extra bonding to the Junction box even though I am sure it goes to the batteries and a frame ground lug anyway.
