SInce we have our RV, the channels scan result in different way, we had one time 5 channels and other 3. Also we had few time in the bedroom 1 channel result and in the living room 0 channel at the same time.Since, the 0 is very popular in the result box in the bedroom and the living room. The booster is on, we heard that may be the splitter is the problem, does someone know were the splitter is in the 2018 Redwood ? if someone as a clue for our problem let us know. My syster has and RV juste next to us, so we bring a coaxial cable direct to the TV and the reception was perfect with a lots of channels (see the photo). We know that the position of our RV is not the problem because this test.
Thank you for your help.

This may be a silly question, but I will ask anyway...

I DO NOT see your antenna up like your sisters.... are you raising it?

It's a good observation but it's a 360 degree antenna and you can't see it on the picture. i got on the roof to check if everything good and don't see nothing wrong. Also we don't have anything inside to change direction because it's a 360 degree antenna..

Sore subject...Splitters are hidden behind you light fixtures and behind the TV mounted in the living room. A PITA to get to any of them.

These attachments are for the 38GK. But principally speaking, you will find them all pretty close to the same.

By the way, none of your wires will be marked. You'll have to ring them out. It takes two of you and a lot of hours. Such a simple task to have a manifold in the basement and run solid wires from the manifold to the device. And really...does it take that much more time or money to have a professional job? A professional job would have included marking the wires with numbers and color coding the satellite from TV from Cable. NO SPLITTERS to loose a signal. I would have paid it. Corporate greed...Sorry...I'm trying not to vent...It's tough....

Not sure which antenna RW uses now, Some other brands use a King Control Antenna. Not very tall, but pointable. The King Control antenna also has a booster or power injector plate similar to the Winegard, which needs to be on to boost over the air antenna signals. Just checking.

Not sure if Redwood is now using the Winegard automatic antenna that looks like a small satellite dome. If so, to reset it you must hold in on the power button until the display flashes and starts searching. At that point if you walk under the antenna you should be able to here some whirring noises as the antenna rotates. The first one I got failed I. A couple of months and it took a while to figure out that it was only going through about a 45 degree arc rather than full circle. Winegard replaced it with no problem but I'm still not convinced it's better than a batwing with the extra bar.

Only thing that's nice is it looks good and I never have to remember to crank it down .....

Could someone please share where we would find the antenna booster in our 2017 3901MB Redwood?

Redwoods could be different, but our 38GK is in the bedroom. It is in a cabinet across from the master bed next to the TV, Upper left hand corner.

See Slides 2, 4 and 8 in the PDF.

Here is a picture of what you are looking for:

On my “15” RL, it is mounted on the ceiling inside the clothes cabinet to the left of the TV in the bedroom... Use a flashlight, it just looks like an outlet.

I believe we have the Winegard RoadStar Omni HDTV Antenna. Please see pictures below. Not sure if it's working. We can't pick up any channels even with the booster on. Is there a power supply somewhere to check. It could be that we're in an area that can't pick up anything.

Check you location with this website. Plug in the address and it will show you the direction to the stations. In you case, you have the Omni-directional. But as you point out, you may be too far out. The Omni-directionals tend to have a limited range versus the Wineguard directional antenna:

http://www.antennaweb.org/Address

For 76108, one would see this. It tells you how far you are from the antenna:

You'll need a compass to see which direction to point with a directional antenna.

This is a location in Alaska - No Service Available:

Do you have the instructions for setting your Omni up?
