I have 2017 Redwood 39MB and I had weak reception on Living room TV . I found that the cables that were connected on the back of that Power supply switcher were loose. After putting a 7/16 wrench on all 3 cable connections it works great now. That wall plate /Switcher is the power supply to feed the amp in the antenna. Many think that is a booster but really it is just a power supply. I have installed over 100 of those Winegard RV antenna's on Manufactured homes in our community in SW Florida and and they work fantastic. Getting signals 60 miles away, 50 plus cahnnels. People love them. no more cable bills here. Hope that helps.

I agree Greg.... I added that before getting the portable satellite and we added many channels.... cheap, and easy to install... Just 3 plugs.
