Mine might be slightly different as I have mine under a business plan, but I don't think so. The rep that I had was, amazingly, very knowledgeable. He said that in times of high usage on that particular tower they might slow me down from 4G to 3G but then speed back up when usage is less. Said there would not be a data cap. We'll find out as right now I'm using my MIFI to feed all devices and also the Amazon Firestick for the living room tv .......

Ordering the WeBoost system later this week or next. Have to get some $$$ together
