I just purchased a 2016 Redwood 38rl. I was so excited to install the Winegard TRAVLER
satellite knowing that the coach was pre-wired for it. I found two coaxial cable connections on the roof. I found one end of the sat power harness in a bedroom cabinet. The problem is, I need to locate the other end of that harness. (should be on roof because it would connect to the sat dish.
I've called 3 times to tech support and received 3 incorrect answers and been put on
ignore from them now for the last 4 days. I don't want to be rude, but....
Anyway, can anyone offer some input on the subject? It would be really nice to have some schematic or diagram outlining all the coaxial cables in the coach as well. I can figure that out if needed though. I'm much appreciative, John.

Glad that you asked. Go to the menu on the left side of the page and choose redwood RV drawings. There you will find a generic cabling diagram that is used for all of the coaches. Be Cautious because it is not necessarily accurate and not always wired to the diagram. It helps to have a cable tracer to figure out where the cabling goes. You can buy one at Home Depot or on Amazon for about $25.

THe other end of that harnesses is actually taped to one of the coax down underneath the cap on the roof. you have to pull the cap up out of the roof to access it. I'll post you a picture when I get back home

Just be ready to go on a "hunt" for splitters...There are some of those buried behind your ceiling lights that you would never know are there...If you get a loss of signal, you'll need to start looking.
