Purchased new in 2017…..Under ten thousand towing miles. 

 

For those not familiar with the Redwood product it is a very well built high end 5^th wheel.  Starting with full body paint.  It has all insulated windows is considered a climate controlled unit suitable for cold weather living.  There are two very large opposing slides making the kitchen and  living area’s quite spacious.  The forward bedroom to is quite large as it has an optioned double slide, a slide within a slide and built in nite stand, to include a bedroom sink and medicine chest..

 

The Grand Kitchen design is a sought after model due to the expansive kitchen and extraordinary amount of cupboard space; boasting two full size pantries with a full length pull out shelves.  The interior is all quality built cabinetry, light beige colored wood.  This unit has an up-graded Furrion gas three burner gas cook top with oven all with spark ignition.  A full sized residential Whirlpool French door refrigerator with ice maker. The micro range is also a convection oven as well.  Over head fans are climatic controlled with auto shut down rain sensors.  Heat and air is provided by twin units, all are quiet cool all ducted heating/cooling, one 15 thousand BTU with reverse cycle electric heat the other is 12 thousand air only.  Living area also has an electric fire place putting out 1500 watts of heat on those cool mornings.  Also Equipped with a 30 thousand BTU gas  furnace. Three television on this unit, one in living area, one in the bedroom and one for outside viewing. The bathroom has two medicine chests,  with a stand alone full separate shower, triple glass doors.

 

This unit has twin electric operated awnings with led lighting. Additionally equipped Vista full sun shades for both awnings.

All four slides have been equipped with toppers, including the slide with-in a slide. 

 

The suspension has been up-graded to MoRryde SRE 4000 spring shackles with stabilization bar.

 

The drum brakes have been replaced with MoRryde disc brakes: electric over hydraulic brakes system including up-graded wheel bearing, with approximately 3,500 miles on brakes.  Axles and axle bearing recently service, 1,200 miles ago.
