Hi guys. New to Redwood and new to this forum. I lurked here for a while before we bought but this is my first post. Recently took delivery of our 2020 3901WB. We trader our 2017 KZ. On my old trailer we had an electric 4 point LCI with very little problems. On our way home we stopped in at the Grand canyon of PA for a few nights. I went to level the trailer and the red LED next to the right button flashed continuously. I went to extend the front two jacks and they came down one at a time. When they both got down they worked and raised the trailer. I got it level and enjoyed it for a few days. When we got home I went to level the trailer and the same thing happened again and I got a timed out fault on the control panel. I added some blocks and it leveled up with only the green light. Of course it worked great at delivery. I've looked all over the internet and this forum. Am I doing something wrong or is this the way a hyd system works? Do I have a problem already? Thanks in advance.

It appears that you are off level when you are parked before disconnecting from the truck. If the red light is flashing by the right button that means that the right side is low and needs to be raised. Do exactly as you are doing and remove it from the truck. The front legs do drop one at a time and when they both make contact with the ground will lift equally. Raise it up enough to unhook your truck. Once the truck is clear of the coach, push the auto level button and let it do it's auto level.

If the coach is parked on an uneven site, you may have an out of stoke issue. You can correct this by putting some blocks under the cylinders that are far from the ground. Hope this helps a little,

Thanks for the help Tony. I actually called Lippert and they said the exact same thing. I guess I'm still trying to get use to the differences. Just don't like seeing red lights.
