I am sorry to say that has been the case in my last two. Of course the one before this one came from Camping World so that was to be expected I suppose.. Ha-Ha

I did what you suggested except that I just turned the battery disconnect switch off. Will disconnecting the batteries be different from turning the switch off? I will try disconnecting the batteries. I need to do that anyway because on the in command panel it shows the battery 2 has no voltage. I thought it might not be connected properly.

I disconnected the batteries and unplugged the shore power today and it didn't resolve the issue. I was able to pair my iPhone with it though. I called In.Command tech support about the issue and a tech named Jennifer said it sounded to her like a bad gateway, whatever that is, on the zone 1 A/C and it would need to be seen by an A/C tech. But I do thank everyone for the advice. I also learned there is a reset button inside the In.Command module but Jennifer told me that disconnecting the batteries and unplugging the shore power was more effective.

Thanks for your advice!

The factory disconnect does not totally disconnect the 12 volt system, the only way to do so is disconnect the main ground from the battery.
There's a whole list of items that the factory disconnect does not affect & I'm not sure about the In Command system.
