I guess I have to raise my hand and ask for help. Our new Redwood just arrived. I've been trying to upload a photo and the system just spins/clocks. It looks like I'm doing it right so obviously I don't know what I am doing wrong. Any ideas?

How big is the image file you are wanting to upload? You should scale it down if it is very large as you don't need big images.

If you have a larger file size, one way to reduce the size is to use the Snip It tool...

Open the photo; use the snip it tool, save to your favorite folder. This will make the size into kilobytes or small megabytes. If you took a picture with a high megapixal camera, it may be too large to upload.

If you have Photoshop CS 1 thru whatever the latest number is, you can reduce them there as well.

And finally, if you have a .pdf maker (Adobe or Nuance), you can reduce them there.

If you still have trouble, let everyone know.

Thanks, I'm going to snip it. File wasn't big to start. I'll let you know.

It worked, took me a while to figure it out! Thank you again.
