I'm wondering how many fulltimers carry an air compressor, and what brand is a good one?

We don't full-time, but still carry a compressor. Bought at Canadian Tire and gets tires up to 105 psi in a reasonable time.

Mounted a Viair on-board compressor on our truck several years ago. It's good to 150lbs and is continous duty. It's with the tow vehicle all the time and although a little slower than a larger compressor, it's really saved our bacon several times. We wouldn't be without it. If you don't have a generator it's nice to have it available when on the road and not on shore power.

Have had a 150 psiBostich compressor which works very well and has a smaller footprint than most pancakes.

Also have a pancake compressor. Only thing...the compressor won't charge over 115 lbs very easy. Since G tires require 110 lbs, it can be work to get the tires aired up in a timely manner. I like the idea of using the dual pack ViAir 200 lb air compressor in the future. Getting the H tires very soon. I suspect the air pressure is a bit higher...
