**UPDATE**

Crossroads responded , they said they would NOTE the condition , and said it was normal.. They told me to check my roof sealant.. I questioned weather or not this should be OK on a 2016 unit ?? I would think that 8-9 inch bubbles would not fall into the "NORMAL" category .. We will see what the dealer says next week. They have it scheduled for 2 small warranty issues

"Normal", that's the biggest load of BS I've ever heard, if it was "normal" they'd come from the factory looking like that. I'd contact them again & tell them you need to talk to someone that knows a little something about a rv not the damn janitor.
IMHO if were due to your sealant it would be near the front or rear caps, but that is all over the roof, looks like poor installation to me.

On second thought, talk to the janitor, he probably knows more than whoever you talked to.

Agree with Danny...

The process requires an application of adhesive on the plywood surface. Then, the TPO Roofing material is installed.

The problem...? When RV's are constructed, they are "usually" piece meal operations. Which means the faster something gets done, the more money the individual makes. I know...As a contractor years ago, I witnessed this power play. It's still in effect in most RV centers today...With it, quality goes out the window. And since there is no regulation, there is no quality. Instead, a person dips the roller in a pan and goes as far as they can with it. The materials are so thin, it's a wonder anything sticks to it.

Wouldn't it make sense to us a machine that sprays the adhesive on in a mechanized fashion (like a car wash). Then, the adhesive would be consistent and even.

Your condition will worsen as you drive. Winds create a vacuum and put a "lift" force on the materials. keep it up and the whole roof will eventually let go.

Keep after the warranty. Hire an attorney if you need to. Eventually replace the roof with an armor roof product. It's money well spent. If you have patience, you can do it yourself and save about half. If you're not up to fooling with it, have it done for about $5k.

Good luck and keep us posted.

The funny thing is, I was just on the roof now and there is zero signs of any bubbles .. I crawled around on my hands and knees .. Saturday when I saw them, it was about 100° .. I cannot find a single trace of anything ..

With the cooler temps, the tarp stretches tighter (contracts). When warm, it relaxes. Rest assured it did not glue itself back down...

Let the air get under that front cap area and the next time you're on the roof, there might not be a roof...The TPO should extend under that trim piece on top. Can you see the edges or is it just the caulking separating?
