OK , so I was THIS CLOSE to a separation this week.... I had my scaffolding all set up and the hand waxing was going great.. That is until it got late and my older body told me to stop , so I did.. But before I did , moved the scaffolding to the next area which was right OUTSIDE our back door of the house.. -- Important info there..

My darling (almost X) wife decided to go out in the trailer and extend the slides , as she WALKED DIRECTLY past the scaffolding and did not notice it ???

Anyway I now have a quarter sized DING in the bottom skirt and a scratched and cracked in several places fender skirt

But Kim Douglas (parts and shipping manager Crossroads) and Redwood to the rescue !! the dealer said I would have to order a plain colored one and have it painted to match.. several emails later to Kim and my already painted (to match) fender skirt is leaving Monday !! Thank You!!!

It doesn't get any better than that!

Thanks Redwood for helping out! :woohoo:

Fortunately, Ford Truck Guy wasn't on it while in motion!

But, on the bright side, that would have at least been a double indemnity claim ... 😛

Hello Steve,

I called Crossroads/Redwood and spoke to them.. I explained my situation and they helped... They did say that I would need to go through my dealer the next time , but would help out this time because the trailer was so new..

You may want to try Tiera RV out in Indiana , give them your VIN and they an help.. They have been authorized by Redwood to direct ship parts to RW Customers....
