When it rains I get water on the floor of the basement.I tried spraying water on the doors with a hose--no leaks. I checked the roof with no apparent problems any thoughts?

I had the same issue with out basement. Tried spraying a garden hose on both sides of basement but couldn't get water in. Had dealer replace both door gaskets while still under warranty, and haven't had the problem since.

Same problem once...I'll be changing those seals out as well. For now, I bent the door closure strikes to make the door fit tighter to the seal. Has not leaked since, but won't last long. Need to do this right with some better seals.

I also had water under the refrigerator and I could not figure out where that was coming from for a long time until I also had "milk" in the bottom drawer...Then discovered that water bottles (or milk jugs) on their side were slightly leaking. That water would leak out the bottom of the refrigerator door and into the bottom tray. It took a while to figure that one out. I kept thinking it was from rain and it was coming through the Refrigerator vent. Whew! What a relieve to find out it was just us being stupid...Don't put bottles on their side

We had water in our basement and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Took it to the dealership twice under warranty and they couldn't find the problem either. As it was sitting for us to go over the warranty repairs, it rained... and on the side we suspected the leak was coming from. They checked out the door gasket... Nope.

It wasn't until we went to the Redwood Service Center that the problem was solved. The gasket under the door strike plates is where the leaks were coming in. They replaced those and straightened out the hinges and we haven't had a leak since.

The guys at the service center have probably seen every issue imaginable with our RW's, (not like the dealerships) and can troubleshoot the problem in no time.
