We have the 2015 39MB with the half bath with the regular exhaust fan. Has anyone found a better fan motor(and quieter)then the one the half bath has in there now?

Maxx Air fans. The entire assembly has to be replaced, but worth the trouble. Not sure about your RW but mine came with the MA's everywhere but over the toilet, there it had the cheap Fantastic Fan, dealer replaced it with the MA.

We don't have the maxx air fan, just the regular exhaust fan. In the 2015 they didn't put them in yet. Would like to replace the small motor with a better one. Just wondering if anyone that has the regular exhaust fan has done that.

I just replaced the motor in ours...It's no quieter than the original.

You have to weigh how long it is "on" versus replacing with the Maxx Air's. They are not cheap. Depending on model, they run $160-$200. For the record, if your existing motor goes out, they are about $40

We cannot replace it with the Maxx Air because we have storage between the half bath and the ceiling. The fan is vented through the storage space. This is a regular exhaust fan.

We replaced ours with a Vortex replacement fan. Installs from inside, has 3 speeds and is reversible. $63 and chnge from Amazon. Simple fix, quieter, and unbelievable air flow.

Thank you for the information. Do you have a link or model no. for it. Sounds exactly like what we are looking for

Just search for Vortex RV replacement fan on Amazon if the above doesn't work. The more expensive one has the multi-speed fan and is reversible.
