We have 2 pocket doors. One in bedroom & one in bathroom. The tracks are the same on both. If you look up at the metal track between the track & the wood trim you will see 2 dark colored screws. One on each end. If you remove those two screws the entire wood trim can be removed. You can take one side of the wood trim off or both sides to have easier access. Once the trim is removed slide the door closed to get access to both rollers. From there you should be able to see how the roller can be reinserted in the track. We had a similar issue with our bedroom pocket door.
