OK, we are getting VERY close to a deal on a 2020 3991 RD to replace our 38RL... the strange issue is this...

The rear slides are DEEP... the brochure shows a tri-fold sofa on BOTH SIDES... we walked into one today and it only had 1 tri-fold on 1 side?? I reached out to my redwood Rep (Matt) and he stated that they only did 1 because on the other floorplan there was not enough for both as they would hit in the middle from having shallower slides
I measured and it came out around 61", which was NOT at half way mark of trailer.. ( would have about 1 4"gp between the 2 if they were both out )

I asked if the trailer that is sitting at the redwood lot in Indiana could have that non swapped for a tri fold before it leaves and was told no.... My dealer would have to put a parts order in with Redwood, then send a carrier to pick up the tri fold ??? Then I would be paying for a 3rd sofa for no reason ???

Some things do not make sense... Heck, Id pay 2 factory workers to move the old one out and the new one in on their lunch break...,, Heck,I would even offer up double time..

Issue resolved... Matt and Tim at Redwood informed me this morning that the tri-fold sofa has been added to the coach.. things are good

Glad they took care of that Joe - that was wierd. Just looked up some videos of that coach - beautiful and nice floor plan - sounds like this is a win!
