Redwood fuse box, circuit breaker issue. One of mine 15/20 is not staying on. My 15 side is fine but the 20 AMP side will not stay up. It doesn't seem to be wanting to stick. It just seems broken. How can I fix this issue and where can I get one like this?

There isn’t a 15A and 20A side; you have one breaker per circuit and some of those breakers have different amp ratings.
Are you sure the breaker isn’t doing its job? You may have a short somewhere and the breaker won’t reset because it is protecting the circuit. If that’s the case, it will require some troubleshooting to find the short. Which circuit does that breaker power?
