Hello everyone- Wife and I are new Redwood owners (1Year) of 2018 3901MB that we purchased. We found it has a damaged floor near the corner of the refrigerator slide- not on the slide itself but main floor. It seems to be rotten as when we push down its weak and sounds like cracking wood. There is also a hump or slope in-between the island and slide floor. We noticed the leak (on top kitchen slide out forward corner) and Delamination on the outside of the coach (just forward of the kitchen slide) right after purchase . I think its repaired (water leak) as I don't see any more water leaking damage. Is this worth repairing (delamination and rotted floor) or trade in for new one? Thanks for any help and look forward to the convention.

P.S. can send pics if needed.

Hard to say if it's worth repairing or not. What I do know is that delamination has never been a common issue with Redwood, unlike many other RV brands.

@rog-paul Thanks for your reply. We are hopeful to have some Lippert folks look at the damage and give us some options. Buying new is out of the question right now.
