Our gray tank valve/valves are leaking...not onto the ground but in the 3" sewer line. I close the valves after emptying and they continue to let gray tank water through (as soon as we use water and drains in the RV). When I close the valves with the handle there is some resistance at the point of being closed....and then bounces back a bit. Has anyone replaced these valves or the seals within the valves? Or does anyone have any other ideas or suggestions?

Our Galley valve has just about never fully closed. I don't worry about it as I added an additional valve on the main discharge. That way I don't get a surprise when taking the cap off.
