The InCommand system will not control the Air conditioner/Heating systems. Caused by the InCommand system showing
no temp readings in any of the heat zones. (- F) is all that is shown for room temperatures causing the air conditioners and heater not to work.
We had to reset the Gateway underneath the air conditioners. Easy to do but the information wasn't in the manuals.
You have to completely power down the entire electrical system. (1) Unplug the power source and turn off the 12 volt battery switch. Then wait for 3 to 4 minutes so the system can reboot. Next plug the power back in and turn on the 12 volt system switch.
This resolved the bad /no readings on the zone sensors. After the InCommand reboots this will allow the HVAC system to work properly.
Great information, thank you. I think I will copy and repost this in the Technical Library.

We had this issue on our first trip with our 2020 Redwood. It was 9:00 at night when we realized the issue, I searched all the forums and found nothing. I was able to find something close on the internet so I tried it. It has ben fine ever since.
Thank you for this. I've added it to the Tech Library.

Great info, thanks for sharing this. Can I run my RV air conditioner on battery power?
Typically, no. It takes 30A service or a generator to power an air conditioner.
