The information we received with the unit is of little use. There is no Redwood specific information but generic Keystone descriptions. No help at all. This is very disappointing to say the least. Any direction would be appreciated.

Redwood installed a Winegard 360 antenna with 5g. I want to use the off air antenna but have no use for their wifi unit. The problem is that I can't find the switch that the winegard material says is somewhere in the unit. At night the wifi unit, which is installed above the bed, has a light that keeps flashing. I'd like to turn off the wifi unit but keep the off air antenna active.
The Winegard button is on the Firefly Home screen under the Master Lights and to the right if the Inverter button.
Found it, Thanks. The firefly panel continues to show an error, "Switch fault detected". Any ideas on a fix? I've switched the converter both ways without any difference.
John, did you get the zip folder/pouch with all the appliance manuals and information inside? One is on the Winegard and has very important numbers on the cover so you can access the antenna with a laptop, tablet, or smartphone to change settings, etc. The power switch is only for the internet/wifi extender side and the Over the Air TV antenna has no power switch any longer as it is powered via the KeyTV panel that is in your wet bay with the little blue light on it. The TV portion will always work regardless of the power switch setting. We do use our Winegard with an AT&T Business Unlimited Internet SIM card installed to really provide a constant internet connection for our iNCommand (older version of your FireFly, but same principle). There is a Redwood User Manual that is available on their Crossroads RV webpage that you can download as well as a training guide that the dealers use to familiarize themselves with a Redwood before they deliver one to the user. Realize Redwoods are actually quite rare and our dealer had them from time to time, but when they presented ours to us ... it was the first time that person had ever been in one ... the moral of that story is that you have to become your own advocate as the dealer really may just not actually know or realize ... that is why we created this webpage and Facebook page to help one another work through issues. 🙂 please keep asking questions, and I hope I did answer yours on this round, but just keep posting and I'll keep an eye out ... feel free to Messenger me too!
Thanks for the explaination. This definately makes sense to me. The power switch on the panel did extinguish the light over the bed at night. but the television in the bedroom doesn't seem to respond to the antenna very well.
My new question is an error message on the panel. There is a flashing red triangle that shows a switch fault detected. I called Keystone today and was told to shut down all the power, battery switch and shore power for ten miutes. The error went away for awhile but has returned. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If that green light on the Winegard does not stay out, I would put a little piece of black electrical tape over it maybe ... Do you get any over the air TV channels? I find that if towers are outside 45 miles or so AND depending on mountanious areas I don't get channels. I am in Raleigh NC and about 40 miles north of most of the towers and am only getting 25 channels but not CBS or NBC ... only ABC, Ion, PBS. There is a really helpful app that Winegard puts out called "TV Signal Finder" I use my Winegard 4G portion to stream everything else. I also got an AT&T AirHub that also has 5G that works really well, however, we are currently in an area with low AT&T coverage so what I should have done, and may still do, is turn in the AT&T AirHub and get the same thing from T-Mobile (Verizon is always so much more expensive for everything for some reason). I have considered installing a much bigger TV antenna but just haven't done it yet ...
As for the FireFly message, I am not as much an expert on FireFly but will send a message to one of my experts and see what he thinks ... it is possible one of the light switch remotes lost connection due to dead battery? Once he gets back to me I'll let you know what he is thinking. You may try calling FireFly as they also have a very good customer service.
Thanks for all the answers, Webberwj, I appreciate the suggestions about finding specific Redwood information. I did get Firefly to help with the issues associated with there equipment and you are correct, their customer service is excellent. But, when I try to get Redwood information, all contact points to Keystone. They no longer have information on the Cross Roads website. Calling them is not very helpful at this point. I also tried to find the You Tube for training videos with no success. Let me know if there is a specific site I can look for.
Finally, To upgrade my Firefly firmware, I need to find the location of the Eclipse module. The diagram Firefly sent places it somewhere in the bedroom slide. My call to Keystone has them searching and I am expecting a return call. Anyone that knows where I can look would be great.
The computer module is about the size of a black deck of cards (or a little larger) and is located in the passthrough storage space on the back wall between the red/blue water manifold and built in vacuum.
I found all the Firefly modules are mounted on the same board and was able to disconnect the ethernet cable as instructed. I was also able to install an upgrade to the system that Firefly sent. Firefly issues are now complete.
Any idea where to find coach specific information?
I'll look and send what i can find, but is a generic manual for all floor plans
Thanks, at least it would be better than Keystone generic information.
Here is a link to the Crossroads page with the Owners Manual. Also at the bottom right of that page is a "Media" link that has some things that can be useful that the dealers normally download. https://www.crossroadsrv.com/en/owners-manuals Â
