Good afternoon to all.  He are the happy owners of a 2013 36RL.  For several years I/we (my wife Wendy and I) have heard the topic of an owner maintenance list bandied about -- frequently and the annual gatherings, and occasionally in the forum.  However, when I searched the forum, I couldn't find anything concrete as far as a list of items to do on a routine and periodic basis.  I am going to compose such a document unless one exists, in which case I will take it and amend it for my own use.  I am looking for something which lists tasks grouped by major system (le electric, HVAC, plumbing, etc) with listings for tasks (not at this point the how-tos), timeframe (ie, operating hours or months or seasons), etc.  If someone has such a list started, please let me know.  If there is sufficient response or interest, I will be happy to compile whatever comes in.

Take a look at this and see if it's what you're looking for, or at least a starting place. This is in the Redwood Manuals section of the Technical Library:

Paul - thanks.  A bit different than I was looking for, but still an excellent start from a topic perspective.  I am going to work on it a bit an then send it along when it reaches a more finished state.  Thanks for the reply.
