We have a Redwood 3401 RL that is about four years old. One of the recliners has developed a shredding at the headrest. The paper thin material is peeling away revealing an area that is enlarging and that will need to be patched I suppose. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, did you contact Redwood ? Any ideas of how to cover this embarrassing eyesore? Thank you so much…
