Need to replace original king mattress with higher quality but it must be foldable.
Or maybe a topper ?
@iceman1777 Actually, foldable was not the right word. There is a switch to raise the head of the mattress which bends up to enable our slide to come all the way in. Then we can flatten it for sleeping. We have a R3401 L20 fifth wheel. Thank you ….. thinking maybe a mattress topper would be better?
We have a 2021 4001LK with the same bed. We put a My Pillow 3" mattress topper on it. Very comfortable and works great.
We have a 2020 4001LK and put a real mattress in place too. Most all mattress do fold to go on adjustable beds. We asked the same question when we bought ours an the sales folks said there are actually very few mattresses that do not fold, raise the feet/head, etc. We've had no problems and ours is 3-years old now, fold perfectly, and still totally comfortable!
