Has anyone experience the rear slides coming out overtime?  We have a 2012 36FL and the bedroom slides will creep out over time.  The is really apparent when in storage over the winter.  I'm thinking one of the hyd. pop-it valves is leaking, but not have a schematic I don't know which one to replace.

We have a 38RL.  Our livingroom slide--passenger side--started creeping open when we travel.  We have replaced the Solenoid Value, but still had the issue. Additionally, we added Fork oil into the reservoir with hydralic fluid.  Make sure all the slides are in and all the jacks are up when you check the fluid--the fluid is at the highest then.  Otherwise, you could overfill.  Then take the jacks up and down and slides in and out, to mix the fluids.  This definitely made it better.  We still have a little creeping out, so next step is a tech.  But the first steps were easy to do.

We are going to put a support in to travel until we are able to get Lippert to look at it.  That will prevent it from moving.

Here is just a thought:  There are valves located right near the hydraulic pump that are used if you have a total electrical failure and need to use the electric drill method to run the pump.  Those valves are generally controlled by the slide switches, but if you have to manually operate the slides you have to open or close the valve.  If you read through the Lippertf manual for manual slide operation it will detail those valves.

My thought if one or both of thoses valve were not completely in the position they are suppose to be in once the slides are closed, it would slowly allow the pressure to bleed back through the system and allow the slide to creep out.

As I said, just a thought, and I know it's hard to exactly explain, but if you read in the manual I think you will understand what I'm saying.

Good luck finding the true cause.

I have already done the Fork oil, which does help the landing gear.  I just have not seen any improvements in the rear slides.  If some can direct me to a hydraulic schematic i can see which valve controls those slides and just replace it.  My thought is the valve is leaking by, so the best thing would be to replace it.  I don't want to disassembly it unless i have a replacement just in case.

I looked to see if there was a schematic in the Technical Library and didn't find one; then I had the thought that Redwood probably doesn't have a schematic for this since the landing gear and slide structure come installed when they are delivered from Lippert.

I'm still searching to see if I can find a Lippert manual or drawing that shows the schematic of the slide/landing gear hydraulics.

Here's a Lippert manual on the hydraulic slide out and it has a troubleshooting section. Hope it helps. https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws.com/manuals/slideouts/ccd_0001617.pdf .  The individual slide control valves should be on  or near the hydraulic pump in the front battery compartment.
