Topic starter

Part of the controls on my Thomas Payne recliner Q-Cup Control has stopped working. I reached out to Lippert (LCI) about a replacement and they need to know what the end connector is to verify the part number. Unfortunately they do not have written instructions on removing the Q-Cup from the armrest. They did say to find a slot in the bezel and pry up. I don't want to break or damage the bezel. Has anyone any experience in removing the Q-Cup?

So sorry to resurrect this topic, but were you able to figure this out? Have they sent you anything (tutorial or photo instructions perhaps)?

Bumping up just in case. Still looking for a solution.
Hope that's not prohibited.
