Water leaks around slides

We have a 2013 36RL we bought new.  For the first four years, no problem, then it started leaking from rain like a submarine with screen doors.  When it rains we get wet carpet on the forward side of the bed at the night stand.  Whether the slide is open or closed.

Also, a bad leak between the refrigerator & stairs to bedroom (have to mop floor).  Leaks at the rear of both the right & left side slides & a leak near the door (wet carpets).

We have had the bulb seals replaced twice & the other seals replaced to no avail.  Also, the main baggage/storage bay leaks on both sides.

The latest repair shop said that the 5'vers that come in with covers over the slides that come out when slides are opened very seldom have leaks & he did not understand why an expensive rig like the Redwood would not have them.  I understood that they were used just the keep tree debris off of the slides.

How many of you have leaking problems, were you able to stop them & has anyone put the "debris" covers on your rig?

Please HELP!

Check ALL SEAMS.. You probably are missing some sealant/caulking at a few joints especially if you have NOT kept up with that.

Last year we were in some weekend long sideways rain,, out kitchen slide leaked onto the carpet.. the bottom of the side wall of the slide was missing/worn sealant.. I used Gorilla tape on it until I could get some clear sealant.. cleaned it up, sealed it up and no leak.
