Good morning all! We have started an account to help connect with Redwood owners and provide assistance where we can. This account is run by our new Marketing Director at CrossRoads/Redwood. We will do our best to address any issues we see, but this is a large site with many threads. Feel free to send a private message if you feel inclined or if there is a post we might have missed that you think we could help with. Thanks to all, lets go camping!

This is a great tool for buyers , and possible buyers to learn and find out stuff. This will also help solidify the fact that Redwood is committed to Customer Service..

Some real positive things happening at Redwood. Senior management is listening to Redwood owners, and implementing many changes that have been suggested. Looking forward to the future direction that Redwood is heading! Thank you!

As a new Redwood owner, I am pleased and impressed that corporate Redwood seems committed to owner support. That in itself will help Redwood stand out in the RV industry. We love our coach!

I can not say enough about your service at the Rally and your team went above and beyond what was expected of them.

Oh ... My ... Gosh! I don't know what to say.... :blink:

This is VERY pleasing to see Redwood take such a HUGE step toward listening, building trust and supporting their customers. It will be interesting to see how this thread develops and the responses that are received.

Redwood, we all want a Company that we know will be there for us and support us after the sale. Many of us have already found out that we can't trust the dealerships. In today's market, its unbelievable that a manufacturer would take this bold of a step to develop relationships with their customers. This say volumes about the direction the company may now be moving to.

Congratulations for the commitment to the Redwood Product and your willingness to participate in the forum!

Thank you Redwood for your commitment to the customers/ owners. This is the exact reason I have been happy owning a Redwood. Your Crossroads service department under the direction of Randy Mishler is absolutely great. THANK YOU!
