Paul & Tracy Bridges, hailing from Fort Smith, Arkansas but now full-timing. We began our fulltime adventure June 1, and heading toward the Pacific Northwest our previous SOB developed a crack at the overhang. A nephew in Boise, ID who works at an RV dealer was able to get us a great deal on a used-one-time 2015 Redwood 38RL. We continued our journey and are currently on the Puget Sound in Washington. Love this Redwood!

You can't bet the ole' Brother-in-law routine!

Congrat's on the new rig.

Even with the issues we have, we still love the Redwood and eventually, we'll get all of them resolved!

We'll be full-time as well very shortly.

Congratulations on selecting a Redwood and welcome to the Redwood Owners Group, where you will find numerous owners willing to share their knowledge and a constantly expanding technical library.

Not sure if the dealer mentioned the ability to transfer the existing warranty on the coach. The ROG negotiated this with RW last year to create an industry first. While they initially charged a fee, the transfer is now free. Check out RW website for details.

The customer service from this company is exceptional. About 100 owners attended the Rally in Shipshewana and the service centre techs literally ran around the campground fixing all the issues. They didn't just complete small issues, they replaced numerous microwaves, fireplace, ceiling fans, etc.

I hope you love your 15 38RL as much as we love our 16 38RL ,they are great floor plans ! !
